This book was freaking awesome.
One of the best I've read in a while. Wonderful take on dragons, and beautiful world that was created and a main character that was lovable but believable at the same time. The romance was quite light and didn't really appear until the last third of the book, which was perfectly fine by me.
The only tiny qualm I had with this book was that it started pretty fast - I was thrown into this world, and I didn't know what saarantras meant but it kept appearing everywhere, until I figured it out for myself. A little glossary or something at the back would have been nice.
However that didn't affect too much of the story. Which, by the way, was brilliant. I was kept guessing until the end, and when the final reveal came I was sitting there thinking 'My GOD. It all makes sense now, I would never have guessed' rather than a simple 'oh okay then' like it is with most books. I was excited by the book, I wasn't dissapointed, and I will be keeping an eye out for the next one's release.
